- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar (200 g)
- 1/2 cup oil (120 ml)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (120 ml)
- Orange zest
- Flour (180 g)
- 1 sachet of yeast
Step by step
- In the bowl of the mixer, place the eggs and sugar. Beat with the whisk attachment on medium-high speed for about 2-3 minutes, until whipped and frothy.
- Add the oil and orange juice. Beat on low speed until just combined.
- Sift the flour with the yeast and add it little by little while the mixer is still running on low speed.
- Grease and flour a baking tin, pour in the mixture and fry in the deep fryer at 180 °C for about 35-40 minutes.
