Ferrero Rocher Cups Recipe

Ingredients for 6 cups

  • 100 g Lotus cookies
  • 125 g mascarpone cheese
  • 125 g cocoa spread
  • 300 ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
  • Chopped hazelnuts for decorating
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates (1 per cup or to taste)

Step by step

  • Crush the Lotus cookies until you get a fine crumb.
  • Divide the crumbs into the bottom of each cup and press down gently with a teaspoon.
  • Using a whisk attachment, beat together the mascarpone cheese, cocoa spread, and heavy cream.
  • Add a generous layer of this mixture over the cookie base.
  • If you like, you can add pieces of Ferrero Rocher inside for extra texture.
  • Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour so they firm up.
  • Right before serving, top with chopped hazelnuts and one whole Ferrero Rocher on each cup.
