Ingredients for 6 cups
- 100 g Lotus cookies
- 125 g mascarpone cheese
- 125 g cocoa spread
- 300 ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
- Chopped hazelnuts for decorating
- Ferrero Rocher chocolates (1 per cup or to taste)
Step by step
- Crush the Lotus cookies until you get a fine crumb.
- Divide the crumbs into the bottom of each cup and press down gently with a teaspoon.
- Using a whisk attachment, beat together the mascarpone cheese, cocoa spread, and heavy cream.
- Add a generous layer of this mixture over the cookie base.
- If you like, you can add pieces of Ferrero Rocher inside for extra texture.
- Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour so they firm up.
- Right before serving, top with chopped hazelnuts and one whole Ferrero Rocher on each cup.
