Shipping
1. When will I receive my order?
We ship to mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands. Please allow up to 2 business days for order preparation. Shipping time then depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

Mainland Spain: Between 2 and 3 business days

Balearic Islands: 3 to 4 days

Canary Islands: Unfortunately, our courier services currently do not deliver to this area.
2. Where is my order shipped from?
We have warehouses in Bilbao and Valencia. We work with transport companies such as Sending, Ontime, SEUR, FedEx, UPS, and others.
3. My order should have arrived already, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please follow these steps:

Check the shipping company and tracking number provided with your order, and review the status on their website.

Make sure the delivery details provided are correct and that someone is available to receive the package.

Orders
1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with the tracking number and the shipping company responsible for delivery. You can check the updated status directly on the courier’s website.
2. I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?
We’re sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email us at infocliente@prixton.com within 7 days of delivery. Include images of the packaging and the product’s condition upon receipt. We will proceed with the best possible solution.
3. Parts and accessories
If you need a replacement part for any product, please contact infocliente@prixton.com so we can inform you about availability and total cost.
Returns
1. What is the return policy?
Products can be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date, provided they are not hygiene-related items (products in direct contact with skin, food, etc.). In such cases, the item must remain sealed and unused for the return to be accepted.
2. Do you issue refunds?
Yes. Once we receive the item at our facilities and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. The processing time depends on the payment method used.
3. Can I exchange a product for a different color or a different item?
If applicable, the item would be returned and refunded first, after which a new purchase would need to be made. Although uncommon, labeling errors may occasionally occur. If that happens, please contact us at infocliente@prixton.com within one week of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Warranty
All products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Breakages, damage, impacts, and malfunctions caused by misuse or improper handling are excluded.
