Processing of Personal Data – CUSTOMERS / SUPPLIERS
a. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At PRIXTON, we process the information provided by customers and users for the following purposes:
I. Management, administration, and provision of purchased products. Management and maintenance of the commercial relationship for service provision, including tax and accounting administration.
II. Access control to company facilities.
III. Commercial communications. If consent has been given, carrying out commercial, promotional, and/or marketing actions by any means (including electronic means, which are expressly authorized), related to the company’s corporate purpose and professional activities.
IV. Participation in social networks. Participation in PRIXTON’s activities and events may involve capturing images (photographs, recordings). If authorized, these may be published on social media, including the corporate website and Facebook, solely for promotional purposes.
b. Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract and, where applicable, the express consent of the data subject.
c. Recipients
I. Data may be disclosed to competent Public Administrations and the Tax Agency when necessary for service provision.
II. Where applicable, to banking institutions for processing payments related to products.
III. If consent for image processing has been given, data may be disclosed through the company’s publications and communication channels.

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. Once the service ends, the data will be kept in accordance with legal obligations.

a. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
PRIXTON processes information captured through video surveillance cameras for the following purpose:
I. Monitoring access to facilities and ensuring security.
b. Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing this data is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
c. Recipients
Data will not be disclosed unless an alarm is triggered, in which case the alarm service provider (data processor) may access the images.
d. Data Retention Period
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and thereafter in compliance with legal obligations.
Automated Decisions and Profiling
No processing based on automated decision-making is carried out.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether PRIXTON is processing personal data concerning them.
